After Hurricane Sandy, I decided I wanted to get a generator for future emergencies. I did my research and decided to buy the goal Zero Yeti generator with cart wheel attachments and individual solar panels. I decided to Yeti for several reasons: one, I live in an apartment and even though I have a terrace, couldn't face possible carbon monoxide. two, gas stations rely on electricity to pump gas in New York, so a normal gas fuel generator would not be feasible
