shipping was quick and hassle free. the Panel itself is buit well and easy to connect. (make sure you buy the connectors MC-4) better than all the thing puts out a lot of power! Even after sunset and in overcast conditions that continue to pay (long after my old panels stopped working) I can run a lot of electrical equipment for a lot longer than my old panels. bottom line: it was quick, easy and it works very well. I highly recommend this product.
